Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Below, BroadwayWorld brings you some cabaret highlights for this week as picked by our theatre editors, including: Steve Washington at the Metropolitan Room; Songbird in Concert by Lauren Pritchard & Michael Kimmel, Love Don't Need a Reason: A Benefit for Callen-Lorde; Ryan Scott Oliver and Lindsay Mendez's Actor Therapy; and 54 Sings 1776.

Billy Mitchell's VILLAIN: DEBLANKS took words from the audience and transformed them into laughs (on stage and off), bringing tears to the eyes of cast and crowd alike during the hilarious benefit performance at Bucks County Playhouse on June 19, starring the cast of BCP's smash hit COMPANY, including Justin Guarini (Wicked and American Idol Season 1), John Bolton (A Christmas Story: the Musical), Jennifer Cody(Seussical, Disney's The Princess and the Frog), and Laura Jordan (Cry-Baby, Silence! the Musical), as well as Kate Wetherhead (Legally Blonde, 'Submissions Only') and Company Director Hunter Foster (Urinetown, Bridges of Madison County). Paper Mill Playhouse released a block of great seats today for the world premiere musical, Ever After for Father's Day Weekend including Friday, June 19 at 7:00pm, Saturday, June 20 at 7:00pm and Sunday, June 21 at 1:30pm and 7:00pm.

On June 15th and 16th,  The Other Mirror will present a staged reading of the new GODS & KINGS. A Theban king goes to pieces after snubbing the Greek god Dionysus and his pack of wild groupies in this alt-rock adaptation of Euripides's ripping tragedy, The Bacchae. It features music by Neil Douglas Reilly (Clinton the Musical, Little Dancer, Rocky), a book by Austin Ruffer, and lyrics by Maggie Herskowitz (The Edelweiss Pirates) and Austin Ruffer.   The reading is directed by Katherine M. Carter (Drama League, Playwrights Horizons, Artistic Director of The Other Mirror) with music Producer/Supervision by James Dobinson (Clinton the Musical).

Clinton The Musical, the headline-making musical by Australian brothers Paul Hodge and Michael Hodge, directed and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Dan Knechtges will end its run on Sunday, June 21 at 7PM after 15 previews and 86 performances at New World Stages.

Paper Mill Playhouse presents the world-premiere musical Ever After, directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall (Anything Goes, Nice Work If You Can Get It), featuring a book and lyrics by Marcy Heisler and music by Zina Goldrich. Ever After begins performances tonight, May 21, 2015, and runs through Sunday, June 21, 2015.

The Muny announced today the cast for its production ofHairspray. Doctuh Mistuh Productions, winner of the B. Iden Payne Award for Best Musical (SILENCE, THE MUSICAL) is pleased to announce the regional premiere of HEATHERS, THE MUSICAL.  Keeping with the "cult movie" theme, DMP will produce a second "late night" production to give Austin its first CULT MOVIE MUSICAL DOUBLE FEATURE with THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW.  The two productions will play in repertory at the Salvage Vanguard Theatre from June 18 thru July 11.

The Edward A. Myerberg Center will present The Broadway Tenors in Concert, an evening of favorite musical theatre hits, at its annual fundraising event Thursday June 4, 2015 at 7:00pm, at Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, 7401 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, 21208.

"One Starry Night: From Broadway to Hollywood," a one-night-only musical and entertainment extravaganza in benefit of the ALS Association Golden West Chapter, was presented Monday, April 20 at the historic Pasadena Playhouse in Pasadena, CA. Thanks to performances and appearances by an exciting gathering of Broadway and Hollywood talent, and the greater Los Angeles community at large, the evening raised nearly $200,000. BWW TV's Los Angeles Correspondent and Co-Producer Michael Sterling, along with Co-Producer/Videographer Paul Preston of Digital Mind Productions, spoke to the stars as they walked the red carpet prior to the evening's festivities.
