Chichester Festival Theatre's highly acclaimed and sell-out production of GUYS AND DOLLS opens at London's Savoy Theatre tonight, January 6, for a strictly limited 13-week run. Chichester continues its triumphant musical successes with this exuberant revival which follows transfers of Singin' in the Rain, The Pajama Game and, most recently, Gypsy. Sophie Thompson and Jamie Parker will reprise their roles.

Signal Ensemble Theatre presents the Chicago premiere of The Consultant by Heidi Schreck and directed by Signal Ensemble Theater Co-Artistic Director Ronan Marra at Signal Ensemble Theatre, 1802 W. Billy Elliot the Musical today (16 November 2015) welcomes Euan Garrett, 12 years old from East Lothian, Scotland, who will make his West End stage debut at the Victoria Palace Theatre as the forty-second boy to play the title role in the iconic British musical in London.  Also joining the cast today is Matthew Seadon-Young who will play Billy's older brother Tony.

?The fringed curtains of thine eye advance and will look upon the 2016 season of Shakespeare in the Park by Shakespeare Dallas. The 2016 season features two classic Shakespeare plays, Richard III and The Tempest, as well as She Stoops to Conquer, by the comedic Irish playwright, Oliver Goldsmith. Prior to the season's opening in June, general auditions will be held Jan. 23-24. The performances of the popular outdoor theater series will take place at Samuell Grand Amphitheater, 1500 Tenison Parkway in Dallas and at Addison Circle Park, 4970 Addison Circle, in Addison, and is expected to draw crowds totaling 50,000 individuals every summer and fall.

The winner of the seventh Papatango New Writing Prize, Tomcat by James Rushbrooke will receive a four week run at Southwark Playhouse from Wednesday 28 October (press night: Friday 30 October 8pm) to Saturday 21 Nov 2015. The director is 2014 JMK Award winner Kate Hewitt, who is currently Associate Director on Sam Mendes' Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in the West End.
