Performing at the Squeezebox Theatre on April 27-29, this exciting event will consist of three parts including composer Lee Hoiby's Bon Appetit based on Julia Child, a cooking demonstration by a local KC chef, and Jennifer Jolley's Krispy Kremes and Butter Queens inspired by the colorful Paula Deen.

With British Summer Time (BST) starting this weekend, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre have today announced casting for Peter Pan (17 May - 15 June), which launches the 2018 summer season in the final year of the First World War Centenary Commemorations. Fiston Barek takes the title role of Peter Pan and Dennis Herdman plays the role of Captain Hook.

Madison Lyric Stage, an award-winning, professional theater company serving the Connecticut Shoreline, announced that its 2018 mainstage season will include the religious thriller Agnes of God in April, the Stephen Sondheim/George Furth musical comedy Company in July, and the Benjamin Britten suspense opera The Turn of the Screw in October. For the first time, the company will produce, in May, a young artist production of the Stephen Schwartz musical Godspell.
