Today, New Zealand producer and songwriter BAYNK has released a brand new collaborative single with UK artist and vocalist Sinéad Harnett. The track is titled 'Settle' and is available everywhere now via AllPoints here.

Orchestra of St. Luke's Carnegie Hall 32nd-annual series concerts commences this season on October 25 in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, marking the official start of Bernard Labadie's tenure as Principal Conductor of the Orchestra. Bernard Labadie and OSL have chosen Haydn as the theme for his inaugural season, showcasing the Ensemble's strong affinity for this composer. Curated with an eye to interesting musical juxtapositions, the series will offer a variety of perspectives on Haydn's music and influence.

On the evening of September 27th at the Koch Theater in Lincoln Center, the annual New York City Ballet Fall Fashion Gala offered the customary Red Carpet moments as well as a performance that promised three world premieres.

It's a big leap forward. Season four of Articulate, the Emmy Award-winning public television series, premieres nationally beginning October 5 (check local listings). The arts show, hosted by Jim Cotter, has an all star lineup for fall 2018. Over thirteen episodes, get to know authors, dancers, sculptors, poets, musicians, a world famous conductor and an award-winning architect. This season brings themed broadcasts for Halloween, Valentine's Day, Black History Month and Earth Day.

San Francisco Opera Presents Richard Strauss' ARABELLA in five performances at the War Memorial Opera House from October 16 through November 3. Last performed by the Company 20 years ago, Arabella returns in Tim Albery's acclaimed production with leading Strauss interpreter Marc Albrecht, making his United States opera debut on the podium. The cast features soprano Ellie Dehn performing the title role for the first time, baritone Brian Mulligan in his role debut as Mandryka, soprano Heidi Stober as Zdenka, tenor Daniel Johansson in his first San Francisco Opera engagement as Matteo and Hye Jung Lee as the Fiakermilli. Company Chorus Director Ian Robertson prepares the San Francisco Opera Chorus.

For his inaugural season as Principal Conductor of Orchestra of St. Luke's, Bernard Labadie has curated a three-concert residency at Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage-marking the 32nd year of the OSL series at Carnegie Hall-with a focus on the music and influence of Joseph Haydn. The first concert on Thursday, October 25 at 8:00 p.m., which pairs Haydn's "Nelson Mass" with Mozart's Requiem, K. 626 (revised and completed by Robert Levin), marks OSL's first collaboration with La Chapelle de Quebec, the choir founded and directed by Maestro Labadie. Soloists joining the ensembles on stage include soprano Lauren Snouffer, mezzo-soprano Susan Graham, tenor Lothar Odinius, and bass-baritone Philippe Sly.

 Orchestra of St. Luke's joins the Saint Thomas Choir of Men and Boys for At a Solemn Musick, an October 18 program led by Daniel Hyde with soloists Benjamin Sheen, organ, Sara Cutler, harp and Hyesang Park, soprano in which two classics of the organ concerto repertoire,Poulenc's Concerto en Sol mineur and Barber's Toccata Festiva, will showcase Saint Thomas Church's new Irene D. and William R. Miller Chancel Organ in memory of John Scott.

Party Nails is the moniker of Los Angeles based musician Elana Belle Carroll. She is a prolific songwriter, producer, singer and guitarist hailing from Chatham, New York. Dave Matthews Band have announced a 10-city arena tour kicking off on November 27 at Schottenstein Center in Columbus, OH.  The east coast trek will include a two-night stand at New York's famed Madison Square Garden on November 29 and November 30 as well as two hometown shows in Charlottesville, VA at John Paul Jones Arena on December 14 and December 15.  A portion of proceeds from the John Paul Jones shows will go to support the redevelopment of public housing in Charlottesville.   

Art House Productions announces its full schedule of arts programming from September 2018 until June 2019.  Beginning in September, Art House presents its first Artist-in-Residence: Raven Taisce White. Raven is a trans woman from South Carolina and her company, BIRDHOUSE perform a reimagining of their piece Hot Winter. Hot Winter follows five humans as they struggle to understand one another, unifying in difference and falling apart in sameness and is a surrealistic look at the performers' collective universe.

The Andrew Park Foundation has named composers June Young Kim (South Korea) and Joseph Lee (USA) prize-winners in the Foundation's first annual Andrew Park Composition Prize. Messrs. Kim and Lee will each receive a cash prize valued at $1,500 and will have their new works premiered at New York's Merkin Concert Hall on Sunday, December 16, 2018, 3 p.m.

The Martin E. Segal Theatre Center at The Graduate Center, CUNY RA present the fifteenth annual PRELUDE Festival. Dedicated to artists at the forefront of contemporary New York City theatre and performance, PRELUDE 2018 features an array of artists working in theatrical and interdisciplinary performance. The Orchestra of St. Luke's (OSL) has announced the launch of the DeGaetano Composition Institute, with the first edition taking place in July 2019 at The DiMenna Center for Classical Music. Four exceptional emerging composers will be selected through a national call-for-scores to workshop new works for chamber orchestra under the leadership of 2019 mentor and composer Anna Clyne. This new initiative was established through a generous gift from the estate of pianist, composer and teacher Robert DeGaetano, and will occur annually each July.

Building on a successful tour with Feld Entertainment's inaugural Sesame Street Live! show last season in partnership with the non-profit educational organization Sesame Workshop, this production features favorite Sesame Street pals Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and more in a brand-new, magical adventure live on stage. Sesame Street Live! Make Your Magic visits New York City from Friday, February 15 to Sunday, February 24, 2019 for seventeen performances at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 10:00AM.

The San Diego Symphony's annual January Festival returns in its fourth year entitled, Hearing the Future. Throughout the festival, which runs January 9 - 27, 2019, the organization explores and celebrates the power of music and art to give voice to the evolution and revolutions in the world at large. The festival, curated by composer-conductor Matthew Aucoin (b.1990), will shine a spotlight on the music being made today - from composers and performers who are still in high school, to a 90-year-old jazz master. The festival will also explore the way music from the past - from Haydn, Beethoven and Berlioz to the creators of African-American spirituals - engaged with the most urgent issues of their time.
