The Red Curtain's production of CHICAGO: HIGH SCHOOL EDITION 'Razzle Dazzled' the audience as they shimmied across the stage at Staples Auditorium at Hendrix College in Conway Friday, Oct. 11. An abbreviated version of the actual musical with only teenagers 18 years old and younger, this show was a highlight of the songs with heavy dance numbers, and the kids impressed with what they learned at Red Curtain.

Mendacity and half-truths abound in the new, critically acclaimed musical solo work from internationally renowned pianist-singer, Mark Nadler. The Old Razzle Dazzle: An Evening of Lies, Lying and Liars will bow at the Laurie Beechman Theatre this fall on Wednesdays, Sept. 11th, 25th and Oct. 23rd at 7pm, and Oct. 30th at 9:30pm. It has been confirmed today that the multi-award winning, record breaking musical CHICAGO is coming to Melbourne next summer! Produced in Australia by John Frost and Suzanne Jones, this Australian production will premiere at Sydney's Capitol Theatre in August before the Brisbane season in November at QPAC's Lyric Theatre and culminating in a season at the State Theatre, Arts Centre Melbourne from December.

Firestone Theatre will give it the ol' razzle dazzle as part of the popular musical Chicago. Performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. on April 5, 6, and 7, 2018. A matinee performance will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2018. Tickets are $10.00 in advance, $13.00 at the door, and $17.00 for reserved, VIP seating. A special preview performance of Chicago will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. All seats for this preview performance cost $10.00. Tickets are available online at BrownPaperTickets.com and by mail-in order form. Tickets will be available at the school between 11 and 1:00 p.m. starting Monday, April 2, 2018. Tickets will also be available at the door on the evening of performance.

CHICAGO opened at The City Theatre this past weekend, and despite the fact that the show can work well in a small, minimalistic setting I am very sorry that I have to say that for me the potential for this production is clear, but the execution is lacking.
