BWW Review: Watch The Cast of HAMILTON Rise Up at Murat Theatre
by The Marriage Matinee - December 13, 2019
Few musicals in recent years have received as much attention and acclaim as HAMILTON. It is essentially a historical drama with a dash of comedy delivered in the form of exceptional lyrics and tantalizing beats that switch seamlessly from a melody to a rap and back. The brainchild of Lin-Manuel Miranda has caused a ripple of excitement across the musical world, and that ripple has made its way to Indianapolis this winter.

BWW Review: HAMILTON Is Here and Meets the Hype at Dr. Phillips Center
by Aaron Wallace - January 25, 2019
Not since Sondheim have we had a musical so complex in lyrics, so layered in rhetoric, so rich in motif, and so conscious of characters' competing perspectives on one another. It is a concert of overlap, interplay, meta-reference, and occasionally even time travel...

BWW Review: HAMILTON at the Peace Center is Just as Good as the Original
by Neil Shurley - December 7, 2018

The work is so much bigger than the original cast.
