Be Bold! Production will present the rarely produced play The Stranger by the mistress of murder mysteries - Agatha Christie at the Player Theatre in Greenwich Village for a limited run in April.

What did our critic think of THE ONE-EYED STRANGER at The Joint Theater? Nestled in the Argenta District is, quite possibly, the best little comedy club ever. Exaggeration? I don't think so. The Joint Comedy Theater, 301 Main St #102, in North Little Rock, is now my newest favorite place to go. Yes, I've only gone once (and shame on all my friends who didn't tell me about this gem), and I will return. For my inaugural visit Saturday, March 18, I saw the hilarious ONE-EYED STRANGER with The Main Thing Comedy Trio, starring Steve Farrell, Vicki Farrell, and Brett Ihler. I did not stop laughing from the time they hit the stage until time to take their bows, and I am 'serious as a little baby owl!' Don't miss this show!

​​​​​​​Coming up Saturday, March 25, 2023, the latest presentation in Actors Theatre of Indiana LabSeries, BELINDA: AN APRIL FOLLY, will take place at the Carmel Clay Public Library.

Paul Kaye and Matthew Tennyson will join the cast of Martin McDonagh’s electrifying and savagely funny Olivier Award-winning The Pillowman to play Ariel and Michal, respectively. They join the previously announced Lily Allen as Katurian and Steve Pemberton as Tupolski.

All-One!, the fifth production of the Know's 25th Anniversary season, is a circus-slash-bathtime extravaganza inspired by the stranger-than-fiction life of “Doctor” Emmanuel Bronner, who escaped Nazi persecution in Germany and built a soap empire to lift his family out of poverty – and to spread his self-created “All-One” religion, teach his “Moral ABCs,” and to save “Spaceship Earth.” Check out production photos here!

The Atlanta Shakespeare Company at The Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse presents Pericles, Prince of Tyre from March 11-April 1, 2023. The production is directed by Artistic Director Jeff Watkins.

Devon Church has shared a new single, “Flash Of Lightning In A Clear Blue Sky,” off his new Strange Strangers. In stark contrast to the earthy folk of lead single “Ephemera”, this latest offering features arpeggiated synthesizers set against acoustic strums - a widescreen, Lynchian take on baroque pop that recalls Church’s endeavor Exitmusic.

The play doesn’t do either superficiality or depth well. And so a decent production like this (which Fells Point Corner Theatre provided) can still only go so far with it.
