Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, is an extraordinary journey into the next chapter of Harry Potter’s life and proves that magic, friendship, and courage never go out of style.

What’s the show about? Set 19 years after the events of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the story follows Harry as an overworked Ministry of Magic employee and father to three children, including his youngest son, Albus. As Albus struggles under the weight of his family’s legacy, he and Harry confront dark forces that blur the boundaries of time and challenge everything they thought they knew about the past, present, and future.

Debuting on Broadway on April 22, 2018, The Cursed Child originally unfolded as a two-part epic. When it reopened in 2021 following its Covid closure, it was restaged as one singular performance. In 2024 an even newer version of the play debuted on Broadway that condensed the story to be enjoyed in under three hours.

The play has garnered numerous awards, including six Tony Awards in 2018 (including Best Play), and continues to captivate audiences with its blend of nostalgia, innovation, and wonder.
