The Broadway premiere of Olivier Award-winning and New York Drama Critics' Circle Award-winning Royal Court Theatre/Atlantic Theater Company production of Martin McDonagh's new comedy Hangmen will bow at Broadway's Golden Theatre beginning performances Friday, April 8, 2022, and opening Thursday, April 21, 2022, for a limited 10-week engagement.

Flume confirms Stage 1 of the Flume World Tour today, with North American dates kicking off in April including Chicago, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and two nights at Red Rocks in addition to lineup-topping sets at Coachella, Governor’s Ball and Bonnaroo. Hampstead Theatre has announced its first live productions for 2021.  Alfred Fagon's darkly compelling, The Death of a Black Man will run from 28 May until 10 July having originally premiered at the theatre in 1975.  46 years on, this rare revival from the Black British playwriting canon, raises many of the same questions we face today surrounding identity, capitalism and sexual politics. 

BroadwayWorld is saddened to learn of the passing of Olivier Award-nominated actor Ronald Pickup. Pickup passed away at 80 after a long illness. Pickup was nominated for a 1998 Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Performance in a Supporting Role for his performance in Amy's View.
