Single tickets are now on sale for Theatre for A New Audience's production of Soho Rep.'s An Octoroon, Branden Jacobs-Jenkins's widely acclaimed new play directed by Sarah Benson, Artistic Director, Soho Rep. An Octoroon plays February 14 through March 8 at Theatre for a New Audience, Polonsky Shakespeare Center, 262 Ashland Place, Brooklyn. Opening night is February 26.

The Public Theater announced a four-week extension for the world premiere musical HAMILTON, with book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Inspired by the book 'Alexander Hamilton' by Ron Chernow and directed by Thomas Kail, HAMILTON begins performances on Tuesday, January 20 and was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, February 22. The musical will now run an additional four weeks to Sunday, March 22, with an official press opening on Tuesday, February 17.

Burning Coal Theatre Company Receives Grant from Fletcher Foundation to Support its Upcoming Iron Curtain Trilogy

Burning Coal Theatre Company announced today that A.J. Fletcher Foundation has awarded the Raleigh-based professional theatre a $37,500 matching grant in support of its upcoming production of The Iron Curtain Trilogy by the British playwright David Edgar. The Trilogy will be performed in repertory from September 4 - 27, 2014 and then moved to London's Cockpit Theatre for a three week run November 13 - 30, 2014. These performances will be the first ever of this powerful trilogy.
