Wing-It Productions, the producing company of Jet City Improv, is pleased to announce its 2 year commitment to expanding its outreach shows for sick children in Puget Sound.

For eight years Jet City has been providing live comedy shows to children's camps across the Puget Sound. The shows are provided at no cost to the organizations or to campers.

Commenting on the plan to expand the number of free outreach shows, Artistic Director Andrew McMasters said, "It's our way of serving the community. And giving laughter to kids who really need it. It's an incredibly rewarding experience to the performers who perform in these shows. It's typically their favorite show of the year."

Jet City Improv currently provides shows to:
§ Camp Goodtimes (American Cancer Society)
§ Camp Eyabsut (Northwest Burn Foundation)
§ Camp Seymore (Muscular Dystrophy Association)
§ Kiwainis Camp Casey (Physically Disabled Children)
§ Camp Waskowitz (Kent Boys & Girls Youth Camp)

In Summer 2010, Wing-It expanded its outreach programs to include shows for Camp Discovery (Epilepsy Foundation NW), and plans to add two more camps for the next two summers.

Outreach shows are provided at no cost to these organizations. Shows are funded through Wing-It sales of tickets, away shows and donations from the community.

Wing-It Productions is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to enlightening, educating and entertaining audiences of all ages by producing theatrical events which explore theater by utilizing its improvisational roots.
