Wing-It Announces Its 2010 Season

Wing-It Productions is proud to announce the world premiere of 5 original improvised plays for its 2010 Season, plus the return of a couple favorites

Wing-It Productions, the Northwest's largest improv based theater, produced 9 original world premiere plays in its 2009 Season, in addition to our flagship shows, Jet City Improv and Twisted Flicks.

CLUES
January - February 2010
Created and Directed by Brandon Jepson

Clues is back! Each show, six visitors to the stately Howell Manor gather together only to find their host for the evening dead. Over the course of the evening, clues will be provided to the actors by the audience that will ultimately point to the identity of the murderer. The clues given, the soon-to-be-killed host, and even the identity of the murderer will all be chosen by the audience.

Parents on the sideline of their children's soccer game talk about their lives with comic results. Sarcasm, midlife crisis and poignant moments collide in this show about being an adult.

Lost Folio

A classic long form show returns to Wing-It Productions for one month only! An improvised Shakespearian play, broken into five acts with continual suggestions from the audience at each act break.

Inferno

June- July 2010
Created and Directed by Adina Gillett

This improvised play takes place in Hell. Each night, suggestions from the audience of their trespasses will be used to create characters who have committed the same sins, and find themselves dead and in the inferno. Can they atone for their crimes and find a way to a better afterlife?

Men of Action

August- September 2010

MEN OF ACTION is a fast-paced, action-based, character-centric adventure series that is part Raiders of the Lost Ark and part League of Extraordinary Gentleman. Watch the adventure as our improvisers face whatever perils the audience chooses for them!

Unspeakable Horrors

October- November 2010
Created and Directed by Ian Schempp

An improvised play based on the works of legendary horror writer H.P. Lovecraft, creator of the Cthulu Mythos. This project will incorporate theatrical techniques such as mask work, mime, and special effects to attempt to instill a feeling of suspense or dread in our audience, while at the same time combining the comedy that our improvisers excel at.

Wing-It Productions will be co-producing a children's show with Youth Theater Northwest in 2010 called Adventure Playhouse.
As always, Wing-It will be producing an original holiday show in December.

Now in its 18th year!--Jet City Improv plays every weekend.
Twisted Flicks plays the last weekend of every month.

Wing-It Productions is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to enlightening, educating and entertaining audiences of all ages by producing theatrical events which explore theater by utilizing its improvisational roots.
