Whidbey Island Center for the Arts ends the Kitsch 'N Bitch with Sue Frause season on Saturday, June 29 at 7:30 pm with "Serving Up Summer." Hosted by travel writer and food lover Sue Frause, "Serving Up Summer" is the final KNB in the 2012-2013 season. The live talk shows feature chefs and food lovers, on-stage cooking demonstrations, house band Deja Blooze, plus a signature cocktail prepared for each show.
Join Sue Frause and her three Whidbey Island guests for an evening of conversation, cuisine, and culinary tips for a show devoted to the grill. Guests include Useless Bay Coffee Company owner Des Rock, serving up tasty beef barbecue; Richard Parrick, a pro at both catching and grilling salmon; and Deja Blooze band member Russell Sparkman who will trade in his guitar to talk and prepare baby back ribs. Celebrity bartender for the night will be a surprise. Special treats include music by our house band, Deja Blooze. The 2013/14 KNB Season will be announced this summer.
