Village Theatre KIDSTAGE is happy to announce two pay-what-you-can performances for the SummerStock productions of Shrek the Musical and Les Misérables School Edition. Created with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to share in the magic of live theatre with their family, pay-what-you-can performances allow anyone to attend the show regardless of their ability to pay.

These special performances will occur on Saturday, August 4 at 2:00PM for Shrek the Musical in Issaquah, and Wednesday, August 15 at 7:30PM for Les Misérables School Edition in Everett. Tickets will be available the day of the performance beginning at 11AM in person or by phone and will cost a minimum of $1. Tickets purchased by phone will have a minimum cost of $5.

KIDSTAGE SummerStock provides an opportunity for over 40 young people, ages 9-18, to join together to perform in high quality productions. The musicals are fully directed and designed by theatre professionals and feature a live orchestra, beautiful sets, costumes, lighting, and sound. SummerStock also provides a number of non-acting opportunities for students through the TAP Program in Orchestral Performance, Direction, Design, and Management.
