Helping kids stay busy during the holidays, KIDSTAGE in Everett is offering young people, grades 4-12, exciting Holiday Break Camps such as the essential "Ensemble Audition Prep Workshop" and "The Business of Show Business."

You, your song, and monologue combined into a fabulous two-minute performance! Develop your audition skills in this intensive camp and get help with monologue and song selection. Improve your audition skills and make your next audition smooth, low-stress and unforgettable.

The Business of Show Business (Grades 8-12)Monday, December 28, 2009 - 11:00 AM-3:30 PM
Tuition: $75*
A panel of experts including Steve Tomkins (
Village Theatre Artistic Director), Suzie Haufle (
Village Theatre Casting and Company Manager),
Ryah Nixon (Actor, currently starring in Meet Me in St. Louis) and more will impart what every aspiring actor needs to know:
· Audition prep help for college, conservatory, or professional shows.
· Finding the right roles and how to get them.
· Creating fabulous headshots and resumes. (Headshot sitting times TBA)
· When and how to join a union.
*Camp will conclude with a question/answer panel in small break-out sessions. An additional headshot sitting will be available-fees not included in tuition.
These one and two-day Holiday Break Camps make a great gift and take place between December 28-30. They range in price from $75-$125. Payment plans are available for all KIDSTAGE programs and financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
