Tickets will go on sale this week for the Seattle Theatre Group presentation of several concerts. Bomba Estéreo will play the The Crocodile 11/10, on sale 10/9 at 10am; The Cranberries will play the Moore Theatre 12/7, on sale 10/10 at 10am; and Cake will present a special New Years Eve concert at the Moore Theatre, on sale 10/9 at 12pm.

Bomba Estéreo came together as a project organized by Simon Mejia in 2005, forming within the rich underground electronic scene that has become Bogota, Colombia. Recruiting fierce singer Liliana Saumet to join the group, Bomba Estéreo expanded its sound and captivating live show. The group plays an explosive dance-fusion of electronic dub and hip-hop, in a similar vein as M.I.A. and Santigold, mixed with Colombian rhythms like cumbia and champeta.

Dolores O'Riordan and the original members of The Cranberries will reform for the first time in nearly seven years for a live tour. Led by "Linger," The Cranberries debut album Everybody Else Is Doing It, hit #1 in Britain. Follow-up No Need to Argue cemented the group's popularity via such popular tracks as "Zombie," "Ridiculous Thoughts," and "Ode to My Family," ultimately being certified 7x Platinum in the U.S. and 5x platinum in Europe. The Cranberries had four top 20 Billboard albums, 8 hit singles, and worldwide sales of over 40 million records.

Seventeen years on from their inception, CAKE is still an outsider - defiantly and proudly cutting their own path. Both their music and their way of operating in the ever-evolving marketplace are fueled by the same core principles of self-reliance, democracy, and integrity that inspired their formation. Join Cake in ringing in the New Year at the Moore, with lots of special events and surprises.
