The Rogues Gallery is committed to producing professional theater of the highest quality, infusing our plays with inventive and imaginative staging and telling stories of unabashed geekery with the fun, respect and love they deserve.

The spark of the idea for The Rogues Gallery was born on a Friday night at PAX Prime 2010 in front of an audience of 550 faithful geeks during an enthusiastic standing ovation of Cameron McNary's play "Of Dice and Men," a funny and poignant play about a group of 30-something Dungeons and Dragons players. It was the warmest, most enthusiastic audience we've performed for, an audience whose story (our story) was finally being told. The love in the room that night was palpable and we've been chasing that ever since.

It was there we realized that there was a huge audience out there waiting to share these geeky interests with us, anxious for their stories to be told on stage. Stories about swords and sorcery and dragons; blasters and space ships and aliens; superheroes, their arch-villains and comic books; stories about under worlds and Outer Gods; Dugeons & Dragons and the World of Warcraft; steampunk and cyberpunk; anime and cosplay; tabletop and video games; stories about the geeks who love all of these things and the people who love them.

These are the stories no other theater wants to tell. Until now. So now we have our own pirate ship. Here we are, a merry band of rogues, raising the Jolly Roger and setting sail and, like Captain Mal Reynolds of the Firefly class starship Serenity, We aim to misbehave.
