Seattle Center Winterfest College Performance Weekend features choral, dance and music ensembles from five western Washington universities, Dec. 3 - 5, on the Main Stage at Center House.

The collegiate performances join other Winterfest activities to offer an entertaining and free (except for the Ice Rink) weekend excursion to Seattle Center. The Winter Train and Village returns to a festively decorated Center House, and Winterfest Ice Rink fills Fisher Pavilion.

Performance Schedule:
University of Washington Choirs, Friday Dec. 3, 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Seattle Pacific University Flute Choir, Saturday, Dec. 4, 12:15 p.m. - 1 p.m.
Western Washington University Guitar Ensemble, Dec. 4, 1:30 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Evergreen College Orissi Dance, Saturday, Dec. 4, 3 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.
Cornish College Musical Groups, Sunday, Dec. 5, 12 noon - 2 p.m.

Ice Sculpting:
Award-winning artists create seasonal sculptures. Watch while they work or stop by later to see the glistening result. Each Saturday, an ice master will carve a different design. Saturday, Dec. 4, 12 noon - 2 p.m., outside Fisher Pavilion, free.

Fireside Singing:
Share in warmth and music around the crackling flames of a bonfire. Folksingers lead passers-by in a mix of original, traditional and contemporary folk holiday songs as embers illuminate the night. Saturday, Dec. 4, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., outside Fisher Pavilion.

The Comedy of David Crowe & Unexpected Productions:
This local stand-up comedian, known for his highly physical antics and facial contortions, has garnered national attention with appearances on Showtime, Comedy Specials, NBC, CBS and Comedy Central. Unexpected Productions has been performing comedy improv since 1983, making their spirited Theatresports the longest running improv show in Seattle. Saturday, Dec. 4, 7 p.m., Center House.
