Reboot Hosts Trans/Nonbinary/Gender Nonconforming Audition Workshops Image

Reboot Theatre Company in association with local casting directors from Village, 5th Avenue, ACT, and Seattle Rep is hosting two free audition workshop opportunities for for trans, gender non-conforming and nonbinary (TGNCNB) performers to present and receive feedback and support on audition material.

The goal of these work sessions is to provide a free opportunity for TGNCNB performers to sharpen their skills and take a step toward being more competitive in auditions.

Reboot encourages TGNCNB performers of any level to join -- from performers who started their career as one particular type and are looking to navigate their resumes and theatrical futures after transitioning to performers who are beginning stage work and want to have a good idea of what to expect and how best to present themselves to casting directors in a way that feels safe and accurate. Theatre is a wonderful place to explore gender in a safe way. No one will be turned away.
