Based on the smash DreamWorks animated motion picture, MADAGASCAR - A MUSICAL ADVENTURE JR. follows all of your favorite crack-a-lackin' friends as they escape from their home in New York's Central Park Zoo and find themselves on an unexpected journey to the madcap world of King Julien's Madagascar.

Performances: Thursday - Saturday @ 7:00 p.m. + Saturday @ 3:00 p.m.

Review: CRAVE at Intiman Theater

CRAVE, Sarah Kane’s stylistic one-act play, is an uncompromising plunge into the raw, chaotic landscape of human emotion. Now performing at Intiman Theater, this is a 55-minute concept piece that seems to revel in its own disarray. Review: THE LAST FIVE YEARS from ACT And The 5th Avenue Theatre

Dear Readers, if you’re not familiar with the Jason Robert Brown love story, “The Last Five Years” currently being offered from ACT and The 5th Avenue Theatre, you could get a bit confused watching it. So be sure to read on to avoid confusion. But for myself, I’ve seen it a few different times. I’ve seen it with a larger cast than just the normal two people, I’ve seen a production that chose to change the intent of the breakup, and, of course, I’ve seen the movie. But the story isn’t what confused me in this production. No, my confusion came from trying to convince myself that these two people were now or ever in love. No chemistry. But we’ll touch on that more later as well.
