If you are interested in a singing part, prepare a song from musical theatre and bring piano music in your key for the accompanist. Please no pop, acapella, karaoke or folk songs. It is not necessary to prepare a monologue for the audition. If you are called back you may be asked to cold read from the script.

If you are interested in the non-singing part of Ernst only, please prepare a two-minute monologue instead of a song for your audition.

All auditioners who are interested in the parts of The Emcee, Sally, Faulein Kost or any of the Kit Kat Club dancers (male and female) will need to plan on also attending the dance audition at 10am on Sunday, March 7th, 2010.

To schedule an audition, email Ovation! at info@ovationmtb.com or call 206-842-0472.

The production is directed by Ron Milton with musical direction by Corinna Lapid-Munter and costume design by Barbara Klingberg. The production will be presented with a live orchestra. The show will be choreographed by Babette Gazarian-Cherne and Ron Milton. Nita Burks is Properties Mistress and Marijane Milton is Stage Manager.

Ovation!'s production of CABARET is through special arrangement with the Tams Witmark Music Library and is supported, in part, by the City of Bainbridge Island Arts & Humanities Fund (as administered by the Bainbridge Island Arts & Humanties Council) and One Call for All.
