Seattle Theatre Group (STG) presents an evening with Joshua James & Cory Chisel, on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 9:00pm at the Crocodile.

Joshua James, originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, has been called a singer-skater-songwriter. Now based in Salt Lake City, he's been gaining notice all over with a whispering voice that seems to get inside your mind and songs that take on big themes and extremes.

The 2nd album from Joshua James, "Build Me This" will be released on double vinyl and via iTunes on September 8th, 2009. The full release including the cd, will then be available everywhere on September 22nd, 2009.

Cory Chisel is a songwriter on the verge. He broke out of Appleton, Wisconsin, with a passionate, storytelling blues sound and original songs that bring Van Morrison to mind, and he's toured with the Roots.

Cory Chisel and The Wandering Sons' Death Won't Send A Letter will be released September 29, 2009 in the US.

Tickets: $10.00 in advance, $12.00 day of show, not including applicable fees. Tickets are on sale now at Tickets.com, online through TheCrocodile.com, in person at the Paramount box office, 24-hour kiosks located outside The Paramount & Moore Theatres, charge by phone at 877-STG-4TIX, or online at STGPresents.org.
