Love makes the ship go down. Wing-It Productions is proud to present the maiden voyage of its latest improvised musical-Lovetanic.

What begins as a happy, love filled cruise ends in tragedy every night for the Lovetanic and its passengers. Every performance the audience will choose what brings the ship to its doom-requiring the actors to improvise music and lyrics on the spot! The romance of the Loveboat collides with the tragedy of the Titanic for this 1910 styled musical disaster.

Lovetanic is created by Adina Gillet and Justin Sund, the creative team behind last year's smash hit Lease: Seattle's Own Rock Opera.

The cast of Lovetanic is: Jeannine Clarke, Chris Dewar, Nick Edwards, Jana Healy, Kate Jaeger, Mandy Price, Elecia Wickstead, Amanda Lee Williams, and Douglas Willott. The mighty talented Robert Scherzer will be improvising on piano.

Lovetanic performances are at 8pm on Thursdays and Fridays April 2nd to April 17th and April 30 to May 22nd at the Historic University Theater at 5510 University Way NE. Tickets are $10 (GA) and $9 for students and seniors.

Wing-It will host an Opening Night Show and Gala Thursday April 2nd. Champagne and Cake will follow the show, with an opportunity to speak with the cast and crew, as well as members of Wing-It Productions.
