Café Nordo takes flight with To Savor Tomorrow, an immersive comedy that parodies the 007 spy genre, set in the airplane lounge of a swank 1960's Boeing Stratocruiser with craft-cocktails and retro-modernist cuisine woven into the experience.

Step into a world where international spies converge on a flight from Manila to Seattle where infamous food scientist Peter Proudhurst is transporting laboratory secrets. Professor Proudhurst's briefcase contains the revolutionary and potentially devastating secrets of modern convenience food and the controversial "Green Revolution."

Café Nordo will transform Nordo's Culinarium into the in-flight lounge of Pan Am Flight 892 from Honolulu to Seattle. Flight 892 touches down in Seattle on the opening day of Century 21, the World's Fair where fantasies of the future become reality with "The Car of Tomorrow", "The Home of Tomorrow", and "The World of Tomorrow".

'Passengers' will enjoy a flight of original cocktails perfectly paired with four courses of retro-modernist international cuisine while tapping their toes to a live original Mancini inspired jazz score composed by Annastasia Workman. Originally staged at West of Lenin in Fremont in 2011, this new production marks the 3rd Café Nordo mainstage production in their new permanent venue, Nordo's Culinarium.

With this production Café Nordo is looking to expand their presence in Pioneer Square by building a permanent bar that will be open prior to shows and on off nights. The initial incarnation will be called "The Aviation Lounge" but it will be transformed throughout the year with different productions, becoming a Tiki bar for the Summer productions, and a Haunted Hotel Bar in the Fall. Crowdfunding site is now live for those who'd like to support a new cocktail lounge accompanying the Culinarium theatre and dining space http://bit.ly/buildthebar
