BPA Theatre School proudly features students, Grades K - 8, in a delightful mix of drama, music, comedy, and thrills in its 2013 Fall Showcase on November 5 and 7.

In Ricky Coates' The School of the Dead, the dead have risen, and an unlikely band of middle school students find themselves trapped in the school theater. Futures uncertain, they attempt to survive as best they know how, or at least as best as pop culture has taught them. This zombie-styled production pays homage to the classics in a delightful mix of comedy and thrills!

The Wishes follows Robert, Anthea, Cyril, Jane, and their baby sister as they move from London to the English countryside. It's pretty dull there until they dig up Psammead, a sand-fairy who offers them a wish a day. What at first seems like a thrill may wind up costing the children more than they bargained for.

Performances are Tuesday and Thursday, November 5 and 7, beginning @ 6:00 p.m. The School of the Dead appears at 6:15 p.m. and The Wishes at 7:00 p.m. BPA Theatre School's Creative Drama and Group Voice students kick off the Tuesday evening performance with a pre-feature presentation at 6:00 p.m., and Theatre School students jump-start the Thursday evening performances at 6:00 p.m. with a special presentation by Beginning Broadway and Group Voice.

Tickets, $10 for adults and $5 for Children, may be purchased online at www.bainbridgeperformingarts.org, by phone at 206.842.8569 or in person at BPA, 200 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island. Enjoy four performances each night for the price of a single ticket! BPA Box Office hours are 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and one hour prior to each performance.
