Annex Theatre Comte's 1st Annual 49th Birthday Bash – A Benefit for Annex Theatre Held 11/1

Annex Theatre Facilities Coordinator and 20 year company member Chris Comte is reaching the end of his 40's. And what better way to celebrate the reluctant leaving behind of youth, the imminent transition into middle-age, and inevitable slide into geriatric decline than by throwing THE BIGGEST PARTY OF THE YEAR - and you're invited!

And the best part is that 100% of the proceeds will benefit Seattle's oldest continuously producing fringe theatre company! There'll be food! There'll be drink! There'll be a silent auction of items he's accumulated over the past year at other benefit events! And there'll be entertainment! Oh, will there be entertainment:

- Miss Mamie Lavona, The Exotic Mulatta & Her All-White Boy Band!
- Exotic, Enticing Burlesque from Miss Cherry Manhattan!
- Seductive Tribal Dance by Hands Of Kali!
- Ukulele Madness from "The Stranger"'s Christopher Frizzelle & Brendan Kiley
- An Original Monologue Written Especially For The Occasion By Award Winning Playwright
Elizabeth Heffron!
- Something (probably involving candy) from Annex's "Spin The Bottle" regulars Gude-Laurance!
- And a few special surprises thrown in for good measure!
- All hosted by the fabulous & delightful "Ladies of W.E.T."! (that's Washington Ensemble Theatre to the uninitiated)

So really, what excuse do you have NOT to come? Bring your friends! Bring your mom! Bring your mom's friends!
