We're flying Over the Rainbow with Songbird: The Music of Eva Cassidy (Sat 31 Jan), a celebration of the singer's greatest hits, before audiences flock to the Theatre Royal for the revival of Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize winning novel To Kill a Mockingbird (Tue 3 - Sat 7 Feb). Rooster tops the bill in an outstanding programme from prestigious dance company Rambert (Thu 5 - Sat 7 Mar) - it's sure to be a hoot with choreography inspired by the swinging sixties.

Some stars just can't keep away from the Theatre Royal - Jason Donovan returns as speech therapist Lionel Logue in the stage production of the Oscar winning film The King's Speech (Mon 16 - Sat 21 Mar) and Claire Sweeney is back in a brand new comedy she helped pen herself; Sex in Suburbia (Sun 22 Mar) explores the trials and tribulations of dating packed full of liberating songs including I'm Every Woman and I Want To Break Free.

Following its smash hit success with the The Play That Goes Wrong, the Mischief Theatre Company, winners of the 2014 Whatsonstage 'Best New Comedy' Award, bring their hilarious new spin on a family favourite , Peter Pan Goes Wrong. The accident prone thespians embark on a thrilling adventure to Neverland, with comically disastrous results.

Mysteries unravel with the spine-chilling Woman in Black (Mon 20 - Sat 25 Apr) followed by Peter James' Dead Simple (Mon 18 - Sat 23 May) starring Gray O'Brien as Detective Roy Grace - will he be able to solve the perplexing disappearance of a groom-to-be before the church bells chime?

Two of Britain's favourite comedians are set to feature in Mel Brook's The Producers (Mon 15 - Sat 20 Jun). Jason Manford stars in his first ever musical theatre UK tour as downtrodden accountant Leo Bloom. He's joined by Ross Noble as Franz Liebkind, the short fused, carrier pigeon keeping, former Nazi brought on board to pull off Broadway's greatest scam - put on the worst show ever and run off to Rio with the revenue, but there's no accounting for taste!

Another Academy Award winning film getting the Theatre Royal treatment is Twelve Angry Men (Mon 22 - Sat 27 Jun). This powerful new production of Reginald Rose's gripping courtroom thriller stars Andrew Lancel best known to television viewers as Coronation Street's villainous Frank Foster and, for 15 years, The Bill's leading cop DI Neil Manson.
