Photo Flash: Hull UK City of Culture 2017 HULL TAKEOVER at Edinburgh Festival Fringe

Today (Monday 7 August 2017) 150 Hull UK City of Culture 2017 volunteers took to the streets of Edinburgh to promote Hull UK City of Culture's showcase at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Hull 2017 is presenting five, highly regarded, exciting theatre companies across the city throughout August. The theatre companies include, four Hull-based companies, Middle Child, Bellow Theatre, Pub Corner Poets and Silent Uproar and the internationally acclaimed, Norwich-based curious directive with their Hull 2017 commission, Frogman.

Hull UK City of Culture 2017 has had an unprecedented year in the national spotlight and is excited to bring the spirit of its vibrant city to this world-renowned arts festival.
