Tell us a bit about your show
A work in progress of my new tour show - stupid absurdist character nonsense for about an hour. I'll play about 30 characters and there'll be *about* 97 laughs.
Do you have any top tips for anything else visitors should do while in Glasgow?
I've had two lovely breakfasts in Cafezique, and I've only gone there for two breakfasts so that's a very high hit rate. And it's always good to just wander around and look at the buildings and say "cor aren't they handsome".
Who would you recommend comes to see you at the festival?
The elderly, the middle-aged, students, land surveyors, bears (friendly ones), unicorns, doctors, lawyers, reformed burglars, teachers, horses, butchers, dancers, those predisposed to happiness, those predisposed to sadness, anyone with a star sign, the curious, recovering addicts, nuns, Imams, dog owners, restauranteurs and mum, please, I've not seen you in a long time.
And who would you suggest maybe doesn't?
Anyone who reckons this won't be their sort of thing.
What sets your show apart from others in the programme?
If you like this sort of thing, then this is exactly your cup of tea. Oh I don't know, it's very different from all those other shows, I can assure you that. Odder.
What's next for you after the Glasgow International Comedy Festival?
I'm still touring my previous show (All I Wanna Do is FX GUNSHOTS With an FX GUN RELOADING And a FX CASH REGISTER And Perform Some Comedy!) on tour around the country, before hitting the Edinburgh Fringe with this new one.
