Flowers for Algernon opens Thursday, November 30th, at the Manatee Performing Arts Center, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the action below!

The Manatee Players present Flowers for Algernon as part of their 2017 - 2018 Action through Acting series in Bradenton Kiwanis Studio Theater running November 30th - December 17th. This production is in affiliation with Easter Seals of Southwest Florida as part of The Manatee Players' Action through Acting initiative designed to build community awareness and give socially relevant issues through live theatrical productions.

Flowers for Algernon is the compelling story of Charlie Gordon, willing victim of a strange experiment - a moron, a genius, a man in search of himself. Poignant, funny, tragic, with a hope for the spirt of man, this unusual play tells a story you will long remember.
