Based upon a beloved fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen, this new musical tells the magical story of a little brown bird who transforms the entire kingdom of China with just her song. Written by a Bay Area native, this locally grown show had its first workshop at the Frederick L. Chacon Little Theatre in Alameda in 2010, and makes its world premiere at Altarena Playhouse this season.
Ages: Appropriate for all audiences.
