The ice rink in Union Square is proudly celebrating being single in the city with an ice skating event for all to enjoy presented this year by one of the hottest dating apps available, The League featuring CEO Amanda Bradford as the event's co-emcee with the Union Square ice rink's own Robert Keith.
Bay Area singles are invited to bring their friends and head down to the ice rink for a single's night mixer that will feature exciting games and music by DJ Von as well as a special VIP lounge for members of The League featuring specialty cocktails from Purity Vodka.

"Our goal with The League is to get people to meet - we don't care if it's online or offline, as long as they are meeting new people we are happy," says Bradford. Since 2007, the Safeway Holiday Ice Rink has delighted children and adults with a holiday-themed ice park located in San Francisco's Union Square. Ticket prices are $11 for regular admission and $7 for children eight years old and under. Ice skate and hockey skate rentals are $5. Ice rink hours are from 10 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. daily. A portion of ticket proceeds benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco and the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department.
