Theatreworks Silicon Valley Announces One-Night-Only Spring Fundraiser Image

This April, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley invites guests to crack open The Legendary Vault, a secret place where magical treasures are stored and thrilling moments of theatre live on, at its annual spring party. Established in Palo Alto in 1970, TheatreWorks has grown over the past 49 years into one of the largest theatre companies in the Bay Area, and one of the nation's leading producers of new works. At this enchanted event, guests will sample delectable food and drink, shop for rare items and experiences, bid on once-in-a-lifetime adventures, and enjoy roof-raising musical performances. Proceeds from the one-night-only experience will benefit TheatreWorks's continued mission to bring the arts to Bay Area audiences. For tickets ($185-$350 for individuals and $3,000 to $5,000 for VIP lounges) and more information the public may visit https://theatreworks.org/special-events/spring-party/ or call (650) 463-7112.

The Legendary Vault partygoers will experience outstanding food and drinks in a cocktail party atmosphere. Among the exclusive perks available are VIP lounges for groups of 10, which will be customized based on the TheatreWorks show of the host's choice, including specially-themed décor and swag for lounge guests.

Guests will have the opportunity to take home treasures in silent and live auctions. Silent auction items include premiere wines, cookies for a year, and framed sports memorabilia. Up for raffle will be an 8-day vacation to a fabulous resort. Helming the creative and heated live auction is TheatreWorks' own Executive Director Phil Santora with Cristian Asher, who will auction off exciting items such as a lifetime subscription to TheatreWorks Silicon Valley, a walk-on role in the company's 2020 production of Ragtime, the opportunity to have an instant custom song written by composer/GrooveLily band member Brendan Milburn, and many others. Entertainment for the night will be a 45-minute cabaret featuring talented TheatreWorks singers and actors, including Max Tachis, Nick Nakashima, Dawn Troupe, and Heather Orth, performing a 45-minute cabaret.

With some 100,000 patrons per year, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley has captured a national reputation for artistic innovation and integrity, often presenting Bay Area theatregoers with their first look at acclaimed musicals, comedies, and dramas, directed by award-winning local and guest directors, and performed by professional actors cast locally and from across the country.
