The Stinky Cheese Man & Other Fairly Stupid Tales, a popular children's story based on the book by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith, will be performed on stage at the Gallo Center for the Arts on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 7:00 PM.

Tickets for this performance range from $8 to $15. A 15% discount is available for groups of 15 or more. For tickets or more information, visit www.galloarts.org or call (209) 338-2100.

The story follows Jack and the Beanstalk, who tries to escape being eaten by the giant by telling him twisted versions many classic fairytales, from The Princess & the Frog to The Three Little Pigs. Meanwhile, Jack is from time to time interrupted by the bothersome Little Red Hen and the exasperating Stinky Cheese Man.

The Stinky Cheese Man & Other Fairly Stupid Tales is recommended for children ages 4-10.

This performance is sponsored by Bank of America Foundation.
The Gallo Center for the Arts' 2011-12 Premier Partner is Boyett Petroleum.
