Ray of Light Theatre Presents BABY: A MUSICAL 3/19-4/18

Ray of Light Theatre (www.roltheatre.com), San Francisco's inimitable non-profit musical theatre company, is proud to present the delightful musical comedy, Baby. Continuing our 9th season after rocking the house with The Who's Tommy last fall (nomindated for nine BATCC awards, including 'Best Musical'), Baby is a seven-time Tony award-nominated musical that The New York Times praised as "Smart, funny and often ingenious". It runs 5 weeks, March 19 - April 18, 2010, at Off-Market Theatres in San Francisco.

Is there anything more exciting, frightening and utterly transformational than impending parenthood? Baby tells the story of three couples on a university campus as they deal with the painful, rewarding and agonizingly funny consequences of this universal experience. There are the college students (Liz and Danny), barely at the beginning of their adult lives; the thirtysomethings (Pam and Nick), having trouble conceiving but determined to try; and the middle-aged parents (Arlene and Alan), looking forward to seeing their last child graduate from college when a night of unexpected passion lands them back where they started.
