Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) today announced the addition of Oprah Winfrey to its lineup of main stage speakers at the upcoming QuickBooks Connect conference, taking place Nov. 2-4 in San Jose, Calif.
The unique event will unite small businesses, entrepreneurs, accountants and developers under one roof to educate, connect and inspire them to take their businesses and skills to the next level.
Winfrey joins a lineup of main stage speakers at QuickBooks Connect, including Robert Herjavec, a leading shark on ABC's Emmy Award-winning hit "Shark Tank" and founder of Herjavec Group; Jessica Alba, founder and chief creative officer of The Honest Company; Brian Lee, co-founder and chief executive officer of The Honest Company; Brian Grazer, Academy Award-winning producer and co-founder of Imagine Entertainment; Sekou Andrews, poetic voice and entrepreneur; and Bill Rancic, entrepreneur and first winner of NBC's "The Apprentice." Intuit Adds Goo Goo Dolls as Musical Headliner
The rock group Goo Goo Dolls will close the main stage day on Nov. 3. The band formed in 1986 and became known for their No. 1 charting singles "Name," "Iris" and "Slide," all of which were also included in Billboard's "Top 100 Pop Songs 1992-2012." The band's latest album, "Magnetic" debuted at No. 8 on Billboard's "Top 200 Albums" chart, making it the band's fourth consecutive record to open in the Top 10.

Attendees can register for a Nov. 3 main event pass for $149. A full three-day pass, which is good for all accountant breakouts, certification preparation courses and an accountant-focused kickoff event on Nov. 2, is $449.
