ODYSSEO Extends Bay Area Run Into January

Odysseo is the talk of the town! Due to overwhelming demand in the Bay Area, the producers are extending the show run with the addition of matinee and evening performances through January 10, 2016, for a total of eight weeks on the San Francisco calendar. Odysseo's 65 horses and 45 artists were originally scheduled to depart December 13, but will now call San Francisco their home for the holidays, and are inviting audiences of all ages to celebrate with them the most joyful time of the year. Cavalia's new adventure opened last night, just in time for the gift-giving season, in front of a captivated crowd of 2,000 people.

Under the gleaming White Big Top next to A&T Park, spectators were amazed by the unique blend of equestrian and performing arts, and fascinated by the state-of-the-art special effects. Sharing the humongous stage with talented riders, acrobats, aerialists, and musicians, the majestic horses stole the spotlight during this unique theatrical extravaganza, which ended to rapturous applause and a standing ovation.

Before the show, more than 500 VIP patrons were treated to a delicious buffet and a variety of sumptuous desserts prepared by Odysseo head chef, Pierre-Yves Caisse, in the Rendez-Vous VIP lounge, where they also sipped on beer, wine, and champagne. After the curtain call, VIP guests were invited to an exclusive stable tour to meet the two and four-legged stars.

Presented for the first time in the Bay Area, Odysseo is truly a show unlike any other, as attested to by the effusive praise it has already received from A-list spectators. Matinee and evening performances are now scheduled through January 10 to give fans and the newly curious the opportunity to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime theatrical experience for the holidays.

TICKETS - Tickets are priced from $44.50 to $154.50 + applicable taxes and fees. For a memorable evening, the Rendez-Vous package offers the best seats in the house, buffet dining before the show, open bar, desserts during intermission and an exclusive visit to the stables after the show. This unique VIP experience takes place in a tent alongside the White Big Top. The Rendez-Vous package prices range from $229.50 to $264.50 + applicable taxes and fees.
