Following an overwhelmingly positive response from audiences, and two weeks of sold-out previews, Berkeley Rep has announced that the world premiere musical of Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding will extend for an additional week.

Originally scheduled to close on June 25, the beloved musical will now run through Sunday, July 2. Starting today, tickets for the added eight performances can be purchased online at berkeleyrep.org and by phone at 510 647-2949.
