Steve Solomon's hilarious one-man show, My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish & I'm in Therapy, the story of one man's unconventional upbringing in a multi-ethnic, thoroughly dysfunctional family, begins an exclusive Bay Area engagement direct from New York!

Performances begin June 26, opening June 28 and closes July 22 at the Marines Memorial Theatre.

"One part lasagna, one part kreplach and two parts Prozac, My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish & I'm in Therapy won rave reviews during its New York run," states press notes, "Solomon comically spins the story of his life, creating a vivid cast of colorful characters including his long-suffering mother from Palermo, Italy, his Jewish Russian father, and other assorted family members whose on-going interference sends him straight into therapy. Steve Solomon (performer, creator) is a native New Yorker who grew up in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn. Before pursuing his love of comedy, the divorced father of two worked as a physics teacher. Solomon opened My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish & I'm in Therapy Off-Broadway in November, 2006."

Show times are Tuesdays at 8PM; Wednesdays at 3 & 8PM; Thursdays and Fridays at 8PM; Saturdays at 3 & 8PM; and Sundays at 3PM.  There is no performance July 4.  Additional performances July 8 & 15 at 7PM.
