This hilarious musical joyride through the jungle of the modern-day mating game covers everything you've secretly thought about dating, romance, marriage, lovers, husbands, wives, and in-laws, but were afraid to admit. Written by Joe DiPietro & Jimmy Roberts, the show broke Off-Broadway records by playing for 12 years, closing this past summer after an astounding 5,001 performances. An American and a global sensation, it has been translated into eleven languages including Hebrew, Spanish, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Portuguese, German and Mandarin.

I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is presented as a series of vignettes connected by the central theme of love and relationships. With few exceptions, scenes stand independent of the others, but progress in a fashion designed to suggest an overall arc to relationships throughout the course of one's life. A first date, for example, comes before scenes dealing with marriage, and scenes dealing with marriage come before those dealing with child rearing.
