Famed female impersonator RAndy Roberts returns to San Francisco by popular demand with two not-to-be-missed shows in two different venues. Beginning with a limited engagement of only 12 performances of Randy's signature show RAndy Roberts LIVE! at the Alcove Theatre - 414 Mason St. (at Geary St.), 5th Floor, in SF 94102 - Oct. 10 - Nov. 2, 2013 (Thurs. Fri. & Sat. - 9:00 pm).

In RAndy Roberts LIVE! Randy takes on his signature personas that have been wowing international audiences for many years. Randy's portrayals of "Bette Midler", "Consuela" -The Latin Showgirl, and "Cher" are "spot on" - as described by the NY Times, with Randy paying tribute to each of these ladies in his own voice. Not only will you be visually dazzled, but you'll be amazed by his live vocal recreations. After these unique and good-humored impersonations, complete with glittering costumes for each personality, Randy closes every show with his own signature lounge act!

In addition, Gender illusionist RAndy Roberts will be performing a different style of show for 3 Monday nights in SF - RAndy Roberts with Tammi Hall at Martuni's - Oct. 14, 21 & 28, 2013 at 7:00 pm at Martuni's - 4 Valencia St. (at Market St.) in SF 94103, which reunites Randy with famed jazz pianist and stylist Tammy Hall.

Tammy was the musical director for CHANCE - A Musical Play (in SF, Summer 2013) which won rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. Come witness an evening of melodious music, uproarious comedy, remarkable playing and a voice that never fails to thrill as RAndy Roberts makes his Martuni's debut. A dash of Liza, a pinch of Ann-Margret, a teaspoon of Joan Rivers, and a tablespoon of Sinatra. Mix that with the nimble fingers and sizzling sounds of Tammy Hall. Put it all together and you get RAndy Roberts with Tammy L. Hall at Martuni's.

RAndy Roberts has been entertaining audiences, for over 30 years. He recently received rave notices for his portrayal of The Lady in Chance - A New Musical Play about Love, Risk and Getting it Right at the Alcove Theatre in SF; on TV in ABC's "One Life To Live". He made his movie debut in the award-winning indie film "Any Day Now" starring Alan Cumming. Randy headlines in THE CRYSTAL ROOM CABARET at Lateda in Key West, FL. He can be seen regularly at The Alibi in Wilton Manors, FL. He's been seen on the Las Vegas strip in BOY-LESQUE at the Sahara & Stardust hotels and AN EVENING AT LA CAGE at the Riviera Hotel.

The RAndy Roberts Show is an all live, multi-media tribute to some of the world's most loved performers. Randy's impersonations of Cher and Bette Midler have kept him in the spotlight for the past 20 years. His roster of famous and infamous ladies also includes: Mae West, Joan Crawford, Carol Channing, Ann Miller, Phyllis Diller (an act which landed him on "The Jenny Jones Show" with the real Phyllis Diller), and a bevy of original ladies, including a tribute to Gypsy Rose Lee with a strip tease that leaves little to the imagination and the audience rolling in the aisles, and audience favorite: Consuela - The Latin Showgirl! He closes every show with a mini-lounge act, allowing him the chance to get up-close and personal with his audience. The fact that he is bilingual makes him a favorite in clubs in Puerto Rico and Spain. Randy's talents aren't reserved for the stage. He is an accomplished lyricist, an adept sound technician, a writer, and a producer.

Tammy L. Hall (musical director) began playing the piano at age four, in Dallas, where she was raised by two grandmothers, a grandfather and numerous aunts and uncles. Tammy's grandfather was one of the first Black projectionists in the country and regularly showed films in his home, public schools and churches for the community. These films along with the music she heard on the radio, at church, and the R & B, soul and pop records of the time all influenced Tammy's playing.

Tammy has with worked award-winning cabaret singer and actress, Connie Champagne, the Supreme's Mary Wilson, chanteuse and actress Debbie de Coudreaux, The Montclair Women's Big Band, Houston Person, the late David 'Fathead Newman', jazz violinist Jeremy Cohen, vocalists Kim Nalley, Denise Perrier, Pamela Rose, Linda Tillery and the Cultural Heritage Choir, Holly Near, Melba Moore, Miki Howard, Darlene Love, Veronica Klaus, Kenny Washington, the late Etta Jones and many other artists.

Tammy's continued involvement with her musical and cultural community include working as an instructor (faculty)/mentor, with a number of non-profit arts organizations making music and theatre accessible to under-funded inner city children and organizations such as: Adventures In Music (AIM), under the auspices of the SF Symphony in collaboration with the SF Unified School District, The Handful Players Children's Theatre (SF public schools/Boys & Girls Club of SF), the Drew School (SF), Jazz Camp for Girls at the Jazz School (Berkeley), The Oakland Public Conservatory of Music, Alameda Unified School District, Stanford Jazz Workshop, Zellerbach Foundation, Yoshi's and the Jazz & Heritage Center of SF and most recently, Musically Minded Academy in Oakland and the Narada Michael Walden Foundation.

Festivals and venues include: Carnegie Hall, The Monterey Jazz Festival, SF Jazz, The New York Bar and Grill at the Park Hyatt Tokyo, The San Miguel de Allende Jazz Festival, The North Sea Jazz Festival, Sala Filarmonica in Trento, ITALY, Blues Alley, Yoshi's, Kuumbwa Jazz Center, Birdland in Germany and Bird's Eye in Switzerland.
