In her signature nouveau cabaret style, Bergl uses the past to illuminate the present, blending together Irving Berlin with Blondie, Rodgers and Hammerstein with Tracey Chapman, and even Noel Coward with Britney Spears. Audiences are treated not only to an evening of diverse songs, but a full cast of characters all personified by this veteran Broadway actress.
