The Center REPertory Company in Walnut Creek, Califormia is presenting A Number by Caryl Churchill; it will be directed by Michael Butler and will star James Carpenter and Gabriel Marin. The show will play its final performance on February 7.

What would you do if you had cloned a child 35 years earlier, and now the past is coming to call with some very tough questions? From the inventive mind of Caryl Churchill comes an enthralling, thought-provoking drama where a world of scientific speculation relates to the reality we may face in our not too distant future. Some consider her the world's greatest living playwright and her latest play A Number, the first true masterpiece of the 21st century.

Tickets: $45
