A studio session for a band's upcoming album is thwarted when the lead singer's pursuit of the truth and distortion of reality sets in. This show is inspired by an internationally famed UK band from the 1960s and the even more infamous conspiracy theory surrounding the death of the bands frontman.

Geoffrey Ulysses Geissinger

John
A San Diego-based actor, writer, and director, Geoffrey Ulysses Geissinger earned his BA in Theatre Performance and Theatre Studies with a Creative Writing minor from Saint Mary’s College of California. Before finishing his degree, he studied in the Drama Department at Queen Mary University of London. While there, he performed in Irene at the Dr. Johnson’s House, which was the play’s most recent performance since David Garrick’s original production in 1749. His original plays have been featured at the San Diego International Fringe Festival (The Chameleon) and Under 30: A Festival of One-Acts at Saint Mary’s College (ELIZA). A three-time attendee of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, Geoffrey was an Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship Nominee in 2019. He has also featured in the Staged Readings Series at North Coast Rep. Angelynne "Ajay" Pawaan (she/her) is a Filipina American actor, director, and content creator dedicated to works that activate communities and amplifies the womxn experience. She is a graduate from UCSD with degrees in Cognitive Science and Theatre and is the recipient of the 2020 Wagner Award. Her previous acting credits include Her Story, Good Trouble, Pippin, Sonnets for an Old Century, and more. apawaan.com


Nicolas A. Castillo

Billy
Nicolas A. Castillo is a San Diego-based actor and puppeteer. His artistic mission is to use theater to bring people together: providing audiences with an experience that invites them to forget their troubles for a time and leaves them with a feeling that everything will be okay. Recently, Nicolas performed in Can We Now? (La Jolla Playhouse WoW Festival) and Roméo et Juliette (Civic Theatre).

Writer/Director/Producer
Phillip Magin (www.phillipmagin.com) is an actor, writer, producer, and director based in San Diego. He previously wrote, directed, and produced "Lady Windermere'$ FAM" and "Fulcrum" for the San Diego International Fringe Festival. He also wrote, directed, and produced the play "No Distractions" at the Tenth Avenue Arts Center. As an actor local credits include plays at MOXIE Theatre, San Diego Repertory Theatre (u/s), La Jolla Playhouse WOW Festival, and TuYo Theatre. He holds a BA in Theatre Performance from SDSU.
