Described as the "greatest stand-up comedian of his generation", JERRY SEINFELD is also an actor, writer, and prodcuer of film and television.
Most famous for playing a semi-fictional version of himself in the situation comedy Seinfeld (1989-1998), which he created and co-wrote with Larry David, and, in the show's final two seasons, co-executive produced, his major foray back into the media occurred in 2007, when he co-wrote and co-produced the film Bee Movie.
In February 2010, Seinfeld premiered a reality television series called The Marriage Ref on NBC, and recently directed Colin Quinn in the Broadway show Long Story Short in New York.
His first love, though, has always been stand-up comedy and he brings his humor and unique insights to everyday life to the stage of the Civic Theatre in January 2012!
