The North County lowrider community shares the history and culture of lowriding in our community in a FREE live panel discussion hosted by Jimmy Figueroa on Sunday, February 4 at 2 pm at the Brooks Theater in downtown Oceanside. Part of Oceanside Theatre Company's Arts Unite program sponsored by the Prebys Foundation focused on Lived Experiences, this event is presented by Madstrange and Members Only Car Club.
