Lamb's Players Theatre welcomes Deborah Gilmour Smyth as the brilliant and exacting professor of metaphysical poetry with much still to discover as she undergoes experimental treatment for cancer in this moving and triumphant winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, WIT. WIT is directed by Lamb's Producing Artistic Director, Robert Smyth, with scenic design by Mike Buckley, costume design by Jeanne Reith, lighting design by Nate Parde, sound design by Jon Lorenz and prop and projection design byMichael McKeon.
The cast also features Lamb's 2013 Acting Company members Cynthia Gerber, Jason Heil and Caitie Grady, along with Lamb's Associate Artists Jim Chovick, Kaja Amado Dunn and Bryan Barbarin. M'Lafi Thompson completes the cast in her debut performance with Lamb's.
WIT is currently in previews. Opening Night is set for October 11, and the show runs thru November 17.
Performances are Tue, Wed, Thu at 7:30 / Fri at 8 / Sat at 4 & 8 / Sun at 2. Tickets range from $22 to $62 depending on the seating section and the day of the week.
