Mark C. Reis will be joining the San Diego Fringe Festival this summer with the presentation of his 1 Man Show "Diapers, Dishes and Dreams...stories of a dancer" at the 10th Avenue Theatre Cabaret Space, beginning tonight, July 5th at 5:00 pm, July 6th at 11:00 pm and July 7th at 6:30 pm.
Nominated for Best Male Cabaret Performance by Broadway World Los Angeles, the show, created and written by Mark, originally directed by Ron Kellum and choreographed by Hector Guerrero, with Bryan Pezzone on keys tells the story of Mark's journey as a Broadway dancer, then with his partner, adopting their son Bodhi, becoming a stay at home dad, and then facing the reality and desire of wanting to perform again. Told through stories, song and dance, the piece will hopefully motivate and inspire, yet make you laugh and cry.
The theatre is located at 930 10th Avenue San Diego California. Tickets are $10.00 and are now available at www.sdfringe.org or at the door the day of the event.
