The doo-wop musical hit LIFE COULD BE A DREAM continues Moonlight Stage Productions' 2013 Winter Season with performances from Feb. 14 through Mar. 10. Tickets are priced from $22-$30 and are on sale now through the VisTix box office by calling (760) 724-2110 or visiting www.moonlightstage.com.

Written by Roger Bean, LIFE COULD BE A DREAM takes audiences on another trip to Springfield where we meet the "Crooning Crabcakes," the boy group banned from the Springfield High School prom which made it possible for The Marvelous Wonderettes (seen on the Moonlight Amphitheatre stage in 2011) to perform there. The guys in the Crabcakes get one more chance at fame and fortune by entering the local contest on Big Whopper Radio. This award-winning jukebox musical features such classic songs as Stay (Just a Little Bit Longer), Runaround Sue, The Great Pretender, Tears On My Pillow, Unchained Melody, Earth Angel, The Glory of Love and the unforgettable title song. LIFE COULD BE A DREAM is another fun trip down memory lane and will leave you laughing, singing, and cheering for the boys!

Making his Moonlight debut as director and choreographer is Broadway vet Jamie Torcellini (appearing in CATS, Little Johnny Jones, Me and My Girl, Jerome Robbins Broadway, Man of La Mancha, Beauty and the Beast and Billy Elliot). Elan McMahan is Musical Director and Pianist for the production having music directed and conducted more than 40 Moonlight productions.

The cast features Richie Ferris (Wally), Michaelia Leigh (Lois/Mrs. Varney), Clay Stefanki (Eugene), Nick Tubbs (Skip) and Neil Starkenberg (Denny).

Rounding out the creative team are N. Dixon Fish (Scenic Design), Ashley Jenks (Lighting Design), Chris Luessmann (Sound Design), Bonnie Durben (Properties Design), and Sue Givens (Stage Manager).
