Continuing its season "The Best of Times is Now," The Ziegfeld Theater presents Nunsense, the "habit-forming," off-Broadway smash hit musical.
After losing most of their convent to a leper-colony mission and an unfortunate food poisoning incident, five unforgettable nuns hold a fundraiser to help pay the burial costs for their sisters. Their variety show of music, dancing and comedy will have Catholics and heathens alike falling out of their chairs before the evening is over.
Nunsense is the second-longest running off-Broadway production and its popularity has lead to two films, six sequels and three spinoffs. "It's habit-forming!"
Nunsense is directed by Kristin Parry, music directed by Hailey Weeks, and choreographed by Jessica Hollingsworth.
The Ziegfeld Theater continues its fourth season in 2016 with an hilarious musical comedy. Under the executive leadership of Caleb and Morgan Parry and the artistic leadership of Rick Rea, the theater pursues a mission of "Professional Standard, Community Spirit" as it strives to bring quality entertainment to diverse audiences in Northern Utah.
